Are your Microsoft keys genuine and legitimate?
Yes, 100%. Every key we sell is a genuine, retail Microsoft license. We source directly from authorised distributors. All keys are tested and verified before being listed on our store.
Are you an official Microsoft reseller?
We are an authorised digital reseller of Microsoft products. Our keys are genuine retail licenses and comply with Microsoft's licensing terms. You will receive a fully legitimate product key.
Which countries do you serve?
We serve customers in 50+ countries worldwide. Our keys are GLOBAL activation keys, meaning they work in any region β UK, USA, Europe, Asia, Australia, and beyond.

Questions about our Microsoft software products
On how many devices can I use my license key?
It depends on the product. MS Office Professional Plus 2019 and Windows licenses are typically 1-device (single PC) licenses. Microsoft 365 subscriptions can be used on up to 5 devices. The product page clearly states the number of devices supported.
What is the difference between Retail and OEM keys?
Retail keys can be transferred to a new PC if you replace your hardware. OEM keys are tied to the first machine they are activated on. All keys we sell are clearly labelled β we primarily sell Retail keys for maximum flexibility.
Does MS Office 2019 require an internet connection?
You need an internet connection for the initial activation only. After activation, MS Office 2019 works fully offline. Unlike Microsoft 365, it does not require a recurring subscription or permanent internet access.
Do your Windows keys support upgrades to future versions?
Our Windows keys activate the specific version listed (e.g., Windows 11 Enterprise). Free upgrade eligibility to future versions follows Microsoft's standard policy. We recommend checking Microsoft's official upgrade path for your version.
Delivery
How and when you'll receive your key
How will I receive my license key?
Your license key will be delivered instantly to the email address you provided at checkout. You will receive a clear email with your product key and a link to our activation guide. No physical delivery needed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is instant β typically within 1β5 minutes of your payment being confirmed. In rare cases during high volume periods, it may take up to 30 minutes. If you haven't received it after 1 hour, please check your spam folder and contact our support team.
I haven't received my key β what should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us on WhatsApp (+44 7700 900000) or email info.keygiant@gmail.com with your order number. We'll resend your key immediately.
Activation
How to activate your Microsoft software
How do I activate MS Office with my key?
Download MS Office from office.com, install it, open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.), click "Activate" when prompted, and enter your product key. Full step-by-step instructions are included in your delivery email and available on our Activation Guide page.
How do I activate Windows with my key?
Go to Settings β System β Activation β Change product key, then enter your key. Alternatively, you can activate during Windows installation. A full guide with screenshots is available on our Activate Your Key page.
My key says "already used" β what do I do?
This is very rare, but if it happens, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order ID. We will verify and replace your key within 1β2 hours at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Can I reinstall software using the same key?
Yes! Retail keys can be reactivated after reinstalling on the same device. If you're reinstalling on a new device, activation depends on your license type. Contact us and we'll help guide you through the process.

Payment methods and security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through industry-standard encrypted gateways.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted and powered by trusted payment processors. We never store your card details. Your payment data is fully protected at all times.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice?
Yes, a full order confirmation and receipt is sent to your email immediately after payment. If you need a VAT invoice for business purposes, please contact us and we will issue one within 24 hours.
Refunds
Our refund and return policy
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund if the key is non-functional and we are unable to replace it. Since our products are digital, we cannot offer refunds for keys that have been successfully activated. Please contact us before requesting a refund so we can resolve any issues first.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us via email at info.keygiant@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will review and process your request within 1β2 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3β5 business days back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds may be instant. Bank card refunds may take up to 5 working days depending on your bank.
